Guidelines around prescribing menopause hormone therapy can be generalisable to the community as a whole but far less specific when it comes to the more complex patient.  This presentation will look at the evidence in approaching a variety of difficult clinical scenario’s in the complicated menopausal woman, including venous and arterial thromboembolic disease, the presence of a genetic thrombophilia mutation, migraine, etc.
