A hot flush defined as “ a sudden episode of vasodilation in the face/neck lasting 1-5 minutes accompanied by sweating” and is a characteristic symptom of menopause, affecting 75% of women(1). However, flushing can also be associated with a range of other disorders including adverse drug reactions. This presentation will provide a case-based approach to the investigation and management of flushing.
